Terms of Use

Effective date: July 9, 2026

These Terms govern your use of thecompoundingmethod.com (the "Site"), operated by The Compounding Method, LLC. By using the Site or submitting a domain for a scan, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.

Your privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information, and our Cookies Policy.

The scan and informational content

The free scan and Site content are for general informational purposes. Scan outputs are automated, informational observations based on publicly available or otherwise accessible signals, third-party data, estimates, and our internal criteria. They may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. The scan is not a full review of your business, website, advertising accounts, or your legal, HIPAA, TCPA, state-privacy, or other professional obligations, and is not a guarantee, professional advice, legal advice, medical advice, compliance determination, audit, certification, or promise of performance. You are responsible for decisions you make based on it.

Submitting a domain

By submitting a domain, you represent that you own or control it, are affiliated with the business associated with it, or have another lawful and legitimate business purpose for requesting an informational scan of publicly available signals for that domain.

No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any rankings, leads, appointments, revenue, conversion rates, advertising performance, compliance outcomes, or any other business result.

Services are governed by separate agreements

Paid diagnostics, Treatment Plans, and ongoing engagements are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work — not by these Terms. Where they conflict for clients, the signed agreement controls.

Terminology

Our use of words such as "diagnostic," "diagnosis," and "Treatment Plan" refers strictly to marketing and operational analysis and workflows. The Compounding Method, LLC does not provide medical, clinical, healthcare, or legal advice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Site unlawfully; disrupt, reverse-engineer, or probe the Site or its security; scrape, crawl, or send excessive automated requests; submit malicious domains or domains/information you have no right to submit; use scan outputs as a compliance certification; use the Site or outputs to harass, defame, or mislead; or copy, resell, white-label, benchmark, or use the scan, scoring, methodology, reports, outputs, or Site content to develop a competing product or service, or to train, fine-tune, or develop any AI or machine-learning model, or to derive inferences for those purposes, whether directly or indirectly.

Intellectual property

The Site, the Compounding Method methodology, the scan, scoring, report formats, and related content are owned by The Compounding Method, LLC or its affiliates and licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. Our scoring methodology and related processes are confidential and proprietary trade secrets. We grant you a limited, revocable license to view the Site for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, white-label, benchmark, reverse-engineer, or use any of it — including any outputs — to build a competing product or service, or to train, fine-tune, or develop any AI or machine-learning model, or to derive inferences for those purposes, whether directly or indirectly. Client deliverables are governed by the separate agreement.

Communications

By providing contact information, you authorize us to contact you about your scan, inquiries, appointments, and services, subject to applicable law and your communication preferences. Marketing emails and SMS messages are governed by the consent and opt-out terms presented at collection and in our Privacy Policy.

SMS messaging terms

Program description. By providing your mobile number and opting in through our website, you agree to receive SMS text messages from The Compounding Method, LLC related to scheduling, appointment confirmations, and appointment reminders in connection with your requested website scan. Message frequency varies based on your activity.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Standard messaging fees from your carrier may apply to messages you send and receive.

Opt-out instructions. You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive no further SMS messages from us unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at hello@thecompoundingmethod.com or (619) 848-5382.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We are not responsible for any delays or failures in the receipt of any SMS messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.

Age restriction. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to receive SMS messages from The Compounding Method, LLC. By opting in, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are never required to opt in to SMS messaging to receive your scan results or to purchase any product or service. Email delivery of your scan results and SMS opt-in are separate and independent.

Third-party services

The Site relies on third-party tools and platforms, including scheduling, forms, analytics, advertising, payment, and communication services, and may link to third-party sites. We don't control and aren't responsible for third-party services, and their terms and privacy policies may apply.

Suspension and refusal of service

We may suspend, restrict, or refuse access to the Site or the scan at any time, including where we believe use violates these Terms, creates risk, or is abusive.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scan outputs are complete or accurate. The Compounding Method, LLC is not a HIPAA Covered Entity, and nothing on the Site or in the scan creates a business-associate relationship; any healthcare engagement involving PHI is governed by a separate agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Compounding Method, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to USD $100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold The Compounding Method, LLC harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue there.

Changes

We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will post the updated Terms with a new effective date and provide notice at least 14 days before they take effect, such as a prominent notice on the Site or, where feasible, by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
